Fullness, Not Foolishness
“A fool shows his annoyance at once, but a prudent man overlooks an insult.” -Proverbs 12:16
Good day.
Today is March 18, 2020 and we are currently in community quarantine. I have not been going to work since Friday (March 13, disinfection of our office). We are in a work-from-home status and we barely can move into our tasks because all offices/establishments are currently closed except for those providing for food, medicine, etc.
So today has been my 6th day of home quarantine and the Spirit told me "you are so forgetful of your devotions," I actually am. When was the last time I posted in my blog? More than a week? Oh how sad it is. I need to strive to post at least once a day beginning today.
So as we all know even if we are on home quarantine, some people just get into my nerves and annoy me. So many people in just two (2) days! However, my Lord reminded me about His wisdom - not to become a fool and not to sin just because I am annoyed.
I am so thankful that my Lord Jesus Christ never ceases to remind me through His Words that He will never leave me nor forsake me. I can really feel the love that He has for me, for all of us!
Please do not give up my friends, we are constantly being tested not just in our faith but also in our attitude towards things, persons or situations that bother us. As we all know, obedience to the Lord is to glorify Him and by glorifying and honoring Him, we are directly receiving benefits from it. This is true! We reap what we sow.
Dear Father in heaven, we praise and thank You for being our great great Father who loves us dearly. Lord as we are in this battle of this pandemic we ask for guidance in everything we do, remove any worry that comes in to our hearts and replace it with praises for You our Lord, as we know we reap the benefits You are giving us in every single day of our lives beginning from the moment we knew and accepted Jesus as our Lord and Saviour. Thank You Lord, we give You all the glory, in Jesus' Name, amen!
Thank you Jesus! Praises, Glory, Honor, to You alone!
